Theme: the gospel of Jesus and God’s righteousness through faith in Jesus.
Romans doesn’t encompass everything, it’s more so a summary of Paul’s theology on certain topics. It’s most likely that he wrote the letter to address certain concerns of the Roman church. Examples: what is to be learned from Abraham, the law in reference to sin, Old Testament food laws, etc.
